Our acquisition team works with business owners to find a fair valuation for their business and carry out an exit plan that meets the business owner’s needs.

Post acquisition, the BizSight team continues to work with investors and management to improve the acquisition, focusing on growing cash-flow, profits and long term value.
When the current valuation of a business is not sufficient to meet the exit objectives of the owners, a growth partnership with BizSight is the perfect solution. Such partnerships have an aggressive timeline to exit and give business owners’ access to the extraordinary expertise and resources of the BizSight team. These partnerships are based on a monthly investment as well as an equity component.
After an owner submits his business information and financials, the BizSight team conducts a review to determine if the business meets acquisition criteria. If all is in order, a discovery call is scheduled with the owner. This call will allow BizSight to learn more about the business and what the owner’s objectives are going forward. This is also an opportunity for owner to asked
questions and discuss any concerns with the BizSight team.
A valuation is an estimate of a business’s value in the opinion of the party conducting the valuation. A fair and accurate valuation protects all the parties involved in a transaction.
The BizSight team prepares valuations based on industry standard practices and carefully documents the process from beginning to end. The BizSight team is always willing to consider different valuation viewpoints and reconcile them with their own findings, because an fair and accurate valuation is in everyone’s best interest.
Once the BizSight team has good understanding of the business and the owner’s objectives a proposal term sheet is prepared. This proposal primarily considers the fair valuation of the business as well as many other factors that can contribute to the success of the venture. The proposal can consist of an outright acquisition, a partnership or a combination of both. If the business owner accepts the proposal, the transaction is prepared for closing as soon as possible. Closings typically take 30 to 45 Days.
